 In addition to the Regular Admission Gate prices, each year the Georgia-Carolina State Fair has numerous Admission Specials which run on various days during the Fair. Please Click on the Icon to the Left for some general information on Admissions and the dates, times, and requirements for all of the Admission Specials.

A great way to save on the cost of admission and on the cost of the combination admission and unlimited ride ticket is to purchase them before the Fair begins. Advance tickets may be purchased at various locations around the CSRA beginning September 27, 2010. Click on the Icon to the Left for a list of where these tickets may be purchased.

 America's only "railroad carnival," the fabulous James E. Strates Shows in Augusta to provide fairgoers with numerous spectacular thrill rides, as well as great "family rides" like the ones shown in these pictures taken on the midway, such as the picture of the "Drop" which is extremely popular with folks of all ages. These clean, beautiful rides are constantly maintained by Strates Shows to provide fun in a safe environment. This is Strates first venture into Augusta, and it is here this year for all of the CSRA to enjoy.

| Whether it is the Frog, the Wave Swing, or some other ride, the kids and adults alike always enjoy the Fair. Here, youngsters are having a great time riding. The bright sunshine, the bright lights, and the bright smiles on the faces of the children are what it is all about. The Georgia-Carolina State Fair has it all, and IT'S BIG FUN. |

| Police Protection at the Fairgrounds |
 Sometimes you see them and sometimes you don't. Uniformed deputies and plain clothes deputies from the Richmond County Sheriff's Department are all over the Fairgrounds at the Georgia-Carolina State Fair. They patrol the Fairgrounds day and night during the Fair.
You can feel safe at the Georgia-Carolina State Fair. because we do everything we can to make sure you are.

| Georgia Lottery "Second Chance" Drawings |
 The Georgia Lottery is sponsoring “Second-Chance Drawings” on certain evenings on the Entertainment Stage at the Fairgrounds. There special drawing for lottery tickets and Atlanta Braves merchandise on October 15, 16, 22, 23, & 24.
Anytime you come onto the Fairgrounds, stop by the Georgia Lottery Booth, and each time you purchase a Georgia Lottery Ticket, you can enter to win additional prizes. Enter as often as you like.

| Livestock & TV on the Midway |
 Tell me the Midway at the Georgia-Carolina State Fair isn't busy. Here WJBF-TV is broadcasting live coverage of this lovely young lady and a well-groomed camel. Yes, that's right - a camel on the Midway. Notice that the Midway is paved, and there are plenty of places to purchase good, clean food. This Fair is family entertainment to the max.

"Wambold's Circus Menagerie" is a "world class" circus performance combined with an educational performance that details the history of circus animals, training techniques and the importance of caring for our endangered species. During the performance it will introduce and enlighten the average fair patron to aspects of exotic animals, that they may never have been afforded previous and may-be never again.
